ZION

The mental aspect of guiding comes into play when

you know your clients' area of interest, your own physical abilities, and the logistics of your trip.

The brain does not send a signal to your legs to walk if muscles are cramped or too tired to move.

Your brain also keeps track of what is available on your body, and knows if you have available fingers

or toes that can be used to find a sense of balance. When you are dealing with the mental aspects

of your clients, you become aware of their fingers and toes and their ability to find balance.

Schedule a day for Yoga and Mindfulness in Zion

Often, when clients schedule their day, they leave time to schedule other activities. This makes the half-day option much better.  Choosing a full day with our guides enables more time for rappels, storytelling, and smelling the flowers. We want to provide you with jealous friends and disappointed friends because they couldn't join you on the trip.

Half-Day Expedition

We will balance weather conditions and your schedule.

Full-Day Expedition

    • One-on-One: $747

    • 2 People: $377 per person

    • 3 People: $267 per person

    • 3 or More ...$267 per person

It is an excellent idea to start thinking about what you will take with you on your expedition. You will want to have water, snacks, clothing for the expected weather conditions, the best of your devices with available memory, and a full charge for your journey. Shoes that are comfortable and have good grip. Sunglasses so that you can look cool. And please bring a balanced attitude and a good sense of humor

Gain Courage

We find that when we guide, there are three S's that help our trips. The first S is service because helping people find comfort and inspiration, and making sure they feel safe enough to step a little out of their comfort zone, is what we love to give. The second S is all about space. This is the time when we give our clients the chance to experience the solace of Nature, to listen to the breeze blow through the trees, listen to the birds, and the bubbling of the water. The last S is our favorite, and this is what we call crap; our whole team is trained in the art of humor and knowing how to laugh at the ridiculousness of life.
